Seeking to recognize the best and brightest from technology communities around the world with the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award. This Award recognizes exceptional technical community leaders from around the world who voluntarily share their deep, real-world knowledge about Microsoft technologies with others. Exceptional community leaders come from a wide range of backgrounds. They are teachers, artists, doctors, engineers, as well as technologists, who actively share their high-quality, real-world technical expertise with the community and with Microsoft. Potential MVPs are nominated by other technical community members, current and former MVPs, and Microsoft personnel who have noted their leadership and their willingness and ability to help others make the most of their Microsoft technology.
To receive the Microsoft MVP Award, MVP nominees undergo a rigorous review process. A panel that includes members of the MVP team and Microsoft product groups evaluates each nominee's technical expertise and voluntary community contributions for the past 12 months. The panel considers the quality, quantity, and level of impact of the MVP nominee's contributions. Active MVPs receive the same level of scrutiny as other new candidates each year. Those MVPs are independent of Microsoft, with separate opinions and perspectives, and are able to represent the views of the community members with whom they engage every day.
Bitstop became a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider in early 1998. And since then, Bitstop has continually proven its expertise by designing solutions based on Microsoft products. In the Microsoft Direct Access Briefing in 1999, Bitstop received the first ever Microsoft Philippine reference account award.One of Bitstop's thrust is to maintain a high level of technical expertise. The company thereby invests heavily on continuing technical and professional training. It sends its people for training in both the hardware and software products that it carries. In-house seminars are also organized on a regular basis. All members of the staff are encouraged to attend outside computer seminars and exhibits.
